Zack has always been a monster in the eyes of those around him. From the man that set him on fire as a child to the people that mistreated him in the orphanage he was dumped off in, he was a creature barely even human. With a lack of education and being forced to do things no child should do, eventually Zack snapped and turned to killing instead of being used as a tool by those around him. It wasn't long before he was on the run and being blamed for murders all around the country, most of which were at his own hand. Eventually, he was picked up by the Reverend named Abraham Gray and given the chance to kill as much as he wanted in the safety of the experimental facility run by Gray. This is where he chose to stay until he met a young girl named Rachel Gardner who instead of running from his scythe chose to plead for Zack to cut her down.
Zack is a simple man. Having no formal education, he is unable to read and the abuses he suffered in childhood which left his right eye permanently dilated and damaged his psyche to where he's committed a series of gruesome murders around the country. Though in his childhood, he was a very quiet boy who did as he was told, now he's loud and obnoxious as he takes pleasure in cutting down liars and those who just seem way too happy for Zack's liking. Zack is extremely strong and rather fast, capable of running down his prey even after giving them a three second head start. The only real weakness Zack shows other than his illiteracy is his crippling fear of fire. Despite being your garden variety serial killer, Zack is a very honest man who isn't afraid to cut down anyone who gets in the way of what he wants or attempts to deceive him.
